Amazing coffee and service! We requested the mobile coffee cart… to gift students free coffee on their first day of class. Easy to request, and Trey was quick to answer our questions! Can’t wait to have them back soon!
Good Fruit catered our welcome back event for our school. Communication with Trey was consistent and quick! The event itself was seamless and delicious. Teachers and staff raved about the coffee, the efficiency and the friendly staff!
Event FAQs
What do you need from the venue?
Just a little floor space and a standard outlet - we’ll confirm exact power & footprint details when you book.
How many people can you serve?
From intimate showers to all-day office pours. Tell us your headcount and window and we’ll size the setup.
How far will you travel?
We proudly serve Tampa, St. Petersburg, Wesley Chapel, Clearwater, Brandon, Riverview, Sarasota, and Lakeland - and we’re available for events throughout Tampa Bay and central Florida.
How far in advance should we book?
The earlier the better - Saturdays go fast.
Do you cater weddings in St. Petersburg?
Yes. The cart crosses the bay for St. Petersburg weddings and rehearsal dinners all the time - an espresso bar for cocktail hour or dessert, with custom cups if you like. Travel is built into your instant quote.
Do you cater events in Wesley Chapel?
Yes. Wesley Chapel schools, offices, and neighborhood events are a quick trip up I-75 for us. Teacher welcome-back mornings and PTSA events are a specialty.
Do you cater in Clearwater, Brandon, or Riverview?
Yes - beach-house showers in Clearwater, office mornings in Brandon, and backyard parties in Riverview are all regular stops. The cart fits through a standard door, so indoors or out works.
Do you travel to Lakeland or Sarasota?
Yes. We pour at Lakeland barn weddings and Sarasota corporate events and grand openings. Longer trips are priced into the quote up front, so there are no surprises.
They Keep Inviting Us Back
I had Trey cater my party and I have nothing but amazing things to say. He responded so quickly… the coffee cart was a huge hit with my guests. He went above and beyond and gave us a memorable experience!
Our company hosted a Valentine’s event and man did they show UP!!! The best espresso and syrups (all organic btw) and the cutest pink cups to match our theme! Amazing customer service and great communication!
I hired Good Fruit to cater their mobile espresso bar at my law firm client’s office and they all loved it! Their service was as good as the coffee tasted. Will definitely use them again and again.
Events We Cater Around Tampa Bay
Wedding Coffee Bar
An espresso bar for cocktail hour, dessert, or the late-night stretch when everyone needs a second wind. Custom cups and a signature drink named for the couple are our favorite touch.
Corporate & Office Coffee
Client meetings, staff appreciation mornings, open houses, and launch days. We set up quietly before the doors open and keep the lattes moving all morning.
Schools & Campuses
Teacher welcome-backs, PTSA events, and student giveaways - like the free-coffee morning we poured for a college’s first day of class. Fast lines, happy faces.
Birthdays & Showers
Baby showers, milestone birthdays, and backyard parties. The cart fits through a doorway, so your living room can have a coffee bar.
Grand Openings & Pop-Ups
Free coffee is the best door prize there is. We’ll help you draw a crowd and keep them lingering at your space.
Church & Community Events
Sunday gatherings, volunteer thank-yous, and neighborhood fundraisers - the kind of events that built Good Fruit in the first place.
