Getting Here From Your Neighborhood

We sit at the corner of Lake Magdalene Blvd and Bearss Ave, between Dale Mabry and I-275. Typical off-peak drive times:

Carrollwood · about 10 min

Dale Mabry north to Bearss Ave, then east a mile and a half. Turn right on Lake Magdalene Blvd and the camper is on your left.

Lake Magdalene · 5 min

You are practically here. Lake Magdalene Blvd runs straight to the grove from either direction.

Lutz · 10 to 15 min

Dale Mabry or Florida Ave south to Bearss Ave, then to Lake Magdalene Blvd. An easy Saturday loop with the market.

Northdale & Citrus Park · 10 to 15 min

Bearss Ave east from Dale Mabry, or Ehrlich to Bearss. Free gravel lot right off the road.

New Tampa & USF · 15 to 20 min

Bearss Ave west from Bruce B. Downs, or Fletcher to Florida Ave then north. Under the oaks before your cold brew melts.

Land O’ Lakes & Wesley Chapel · 20 min

US-41 south or I-75 to Bearss Ave west. Worth the drive on Slow Saturdays.

Westchase & Town 'n’ Country · 20 to 25 min

Gunn Highway or the Veterans to Dale Mabry, then Bearss Ave east.

Downtown & South Tampa · 25 min

I-275 north to exit 53 (Bearss Ave), west half a mile, right on Lake Magdalene Blvd.

Temple Terrace · 15 min

Fletcher or Bearss Ave west across I-275. Look for the striped umbrellas.

a little history

On This Corner Since 1895

Bearss Groves has been growing and selling good things on Lake Magdalene for more than a century. We’re proud to park our little camper in its shade and keep the tradition caffeinated - one striped cup at a time.
